Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
We use several freight companies such as Aurizon, Toll NQX, and Followmont to carry out delivery. Please note that unless otherwise pre-arranged our quoted shipping price does not include unloading at site, you are required to have a forklift or other lifting equipment available to unload from the truck. Pickup is usually available from the nearest depot if this can not be arranged. 
Once your order is confirmed and the item has been collected from our warehouse we will inform you of the consignment note number and the carriers contact details for you to track your order. 
Most delivery's occur within 5 days, however interstate and remote locations may be longer. 
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is important to us and your information will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent. We may, if requested by you, pass on your contact details for the purpose of arranging finance for your equipment purchase.
We use industry leading technology to maintain the security of your information. 
Returns & Replacements
Please select carefully and ensure that the equipment you purchase is right for you. We do not offer returns. If under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of manangement, we agree to return a product then a restocking fee will apply, this restocking fee will be advised at the time return, and varies on the product, location and other considerations.

Ordering
Online ordering is the quickest and easiest way and available 24/7. Please add the items to your cart, input your delivery details and proceed to checkout. We accept Paypal, merchant credit card, bank deposit as payment methods. 
We will contact you the next business day to confirm your order. We may ask for identification to protect you and us from potential fraud. 
If you are not comfotable ordering online then please call us and we can take your order over the phone.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are displayed in AUD and unless stated otherwise include 10% GST. 
From time to time we may offer special pricing or other promotions, these may be withdrawn at any time without notice and only apply to the item specified for stock on hand, once sold out the offer will no longer apply.

To view orders placed via our website please log into the account you created when placing the order using the username and password.
